Training Development and Delivery

LES has the knowledge and expertise to not only deliver ILS training courses to support your employees in their work activities, but also has the capabilities to analyse, design, develop and deliver training to meet the specific needs of your project. We have supported clients in the delivery of training packages to defence using the Defence Training Model, as well as delivering the training in accordance with the current Systems Approach to Defence Learning requirements. Our experience in training extends to the:

• conduct of Training Needs Analysis,
• development of Training Recommendation Reports,
• development of Training Management Plans,
• development of Training Materials, and
• delivery of training courses.
