Tendering and Bid Support

LES advises, authors and reviews tender documentation and bid proposal submissions. LES has:

  • Reviewed and provided advice on tender structure and content for Defence and commercial industry.
  • Developed and authored management, quality and the range of ILS plans /sub-program plans as part of major tender submissions for prime Defence contractors and Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) and commercial industry tendering to government projects.
  • Reviewed and enhanced a tender submission for a maintenance and installation service provider to the power generation industry.

LES provides bid support services across a broad spectrum of client needs, ranging from the provision of one or two subject matter experts through to the establishment of a complete bid team.
